People were standing, waiting for seats at tables while dealers were holding seats players while they went back to their room for more cash. Not sure why, they were the same sized tables. The Casino: Some blackjack tables were for 3 players some only allowed 2. 4/5 Front Desk 5/5 Casino 5/5 Security Covid Checkpoint 3/5 Bed /Pillows Just average Parking Lot is half paved and half gravel, why? VALUE 4/5 * (M-TH stay weekends are EXTREMELY expensive and NOT worth it) * Wifi $10.95 not a deal ! STAFF. Elevators The hotel set-up is NOT a good design, with the elevators basically on one side on the hotel rooms, so there is a lot of walking. HOTEL 3/5 Rooms Good, nice size and set up. Positive The 1 positive part of this hotel over the Cherokee Harrah's, is that you can access the food court if you are under 21, Cherokee you can't. Wanted to try the hotel, and now I have, but nothing to make me stay there again, would stay at another branded hotel with a better reputation.
SUMMARY I have stayed at the Harrah's in Cherokee many time, and I have rated it very highly, but this 'Mini Me' doesn't come close, it's average with a small game room. As a former 'Road Warrior' having over 5,000 nights at hotels over 30 years of traveling for business, I don't give FLUFF reviews, hotels have to EARN a great review.
